   Brief screening call to confirm mediation is appropriate and safe.

2. Prep
   We gather key documents and clarify issues, goals, and constraints.

3. Session
   Guided negotiation with joint and/or separate meetings.

4. Agreement
   We memorialize terms in clear writing and talk through next steps.

Fees & Scheduling

No surprises.

Rates depend on the type, complexity, and length of the matter. Most mediations are billed at a flat rate starting at $700 per party. Other options are available for straightforward disputes.

• Evening/weekend slots available by request and specialized pricing

• Remote or in-person sessions

• 6 Hour Sessions

• After 6 hours- additional fees apply

• Dual Mediators are available by request/additional fees apply.
