Steven Tidwell brings over 25 years of experience in the bail enforcement/fugitive recovery field and has been a CEO since 2017. Steve also exemplifies and brings experience to the post-conviction sector or our business and is relentless in the pursuit of justice and ensuring our clients constitutional rights are upheld. He has a unique and exemplified skillset in situational awareness, tactical, critical thinking and communication. Steven holds a degree in Theology from Jimmy Swagart Bible College and is a devout Christian.

Betty Simons is a graduate of The Professional Development Institute at University of North Texas. She has attended extensive training and educational programs for investigations. Betty is also a member of the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association. She is an expert in nonverbal communication and has trained with professionals such as Susan Constantine.

Betty’s career began in 2015 when she took over her late sister’s non-profit known as NMA, in recovering missing and exploited children. Since then, she has become known worldwide for her expertise in the recovery of children and her work in criminal defense, trial consulting, and appellate cases.

Betty works with an alliance of other non-profits, advocacy groups, CPS, and law enforcement providing her expertise to assist victims and families. She not only co-founded NMA, but also sponsors the private investigation licenses for Texas Counter Trafficking Initiative.

Betty has continually stood out from her counterparts and is known as a confident investigator with an innovative and aggressive stance on approaching cases. Known for her compassion and understanding to clients in their most desperate times of need, she’s a strong advocate for her clients both in and out of the courtroom.
